Our Mission
Catholic War Veterans | Bethpage, NY Chapter
Our Calling
Rooted in Sacrifice, Guided by Faith
We believe that military service and Catholic faith are not merely compatible — they are deeply intertwined. The virtues forged in uniform — courage, loyalty, discipline, and selfless service — mirror the virtues of the Gospel.
The Catholic War Veterans were founded to provide a sanctuary for veterans navigating the complex transition from military life to civilian community, always grounded in the sacramental life of the Church.
Our calling is clear: to be present to those who have served, offering them a community where their sacrifice is honored and their spiritual journey is supported.
Our Vision
A Future Built on Brotherhood & Service
We envision a national network of Catholic veterans who are not only spiritually fulfilled but actively transforming their communities — serving as leaders in their parishes, their families, and society at large.
Our vision is for every Catholic veteran to have access to a local chapter where they find authentic brotherhood, spiritual direction, career mentorship, and a renewed sense of mission beyond the battlefield.
We are building a movement — not a museum. Our eyes are fixed firmly on the future, drawing strength from the traditions of faith and the enduring spirit of those who serve.
Guided by faith, empowered by brotherhood — the mission continues long after the uniform comes off.
For God. For Country, For Home.
